Hot and Cold Breast Pack

Sore, tight or swollen breasts?
During breastfeeding and the postpartum period, breasts can feel especially sensitive. Our Hot and Cold Breast Packs are designed to provide comfort and support when your body needs both warmth and cooling.

The breast packs can be used both warm and cold, depending on your needs. One side is covered in soft fabric intended for direct contact with the skin, making it gentle and comfortable even during cold therapy. They mould to the shape of the breast and remain soft even when frozen.

They are, of course, BPA-free, safe to use, and filled with water-based, environmentally friendly gel beads.

How to use for blocked ducts and sore breasts

Heat before breastfeeding or pumping

Heat can be used before breastfeeding or pumping to help create a relaxed feeling in the breast.
• Gently warm the breast pack in the microwave.
• Place it on the breast for a short time before breastfeeding or pumping. It can also be used on the breast during breastfeeding or pumping.

Microwave heating instructions:
– 15 seconds at 700 W
– or 10 seconds at max 1000 W
(If needed, continue heating in 5-second intervals.)

Cold after breastfeeding or pumping

Cold can be used after the breast has been emptied to cool and reduce discomfort.
• Place the breast pack in the freezer for approximately 2 hours. Depending on the desired temperature, it can also be placed in the fridge.
• Place the brushed fabric side directly against the skin on the breast after breastfeeding.

Use cold therapy for shorter periods and let comfort guide you.

IMPORTANT: Do not heat a frozen breast pack in the microwave or in hot water.

Cleaning: Clean the packs with water and mild soap.
