Terms of Purchase
Delivery
We ship all UK orders with Postnord. Your package will be delivered directly to your door or letterbox. If delivery isn’t possible, your order will be sent to the nearest collection point, and you’ll be notified via SMS or email.
Our standard delivery time is 6–8 working days. Orders placed during weekends will be shipped on the next working day. If your order is delayed and you haven’t received any notice, please contact us at hello@plumemama.com.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. The confirmation includes all order details, including products, prices, billing, and shipping information.
If something looks incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@plumemama.com. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order.
Prices
All prices are listed in GBP. VAT is included in orders under £135. For orders over £135, VAT and import duties may be charged separately and are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, typos, or errors.
Shipping
Shipping is £4 for orders under £55. Orders over £55 receive free delivery within the UK.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To do so:

Email us at hello@plumemama.com with your name, address, email, order number, and which items you’re returning.

Return the items within 14 days of notifying us.

You’re responsible for return shipping and ensuring the items are well packed and in their original condition.
A £6 return fee will be deducted from your refund. If the product is used or damaged, we may reduce the refund accordingly.
Exclusions
Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for:

Postpartum pads

Postpartum panties

Mesh panties

Any sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken
Complaints & Claims
If something is wrong with your order, email hello@plumemama.com with your name, order number, and a description of the issue.
We quality-check all products before dispatch, but if you receive a faulty item, we’ll resolve it free of charge in line with UK consumer protection laws.
Return shipping for approved claims is covered by us. Please contact us before returning any item.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect damages or delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain issues).

We aim to show products as accurately as possible, but colours may vary due to screen settings.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms. Updates will be published on our website and apply to future orders.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute can’t be resolved with us, UK-based customers can turn to an alternative dispute resolution body. EU customers can also use the European Commission’s platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
