Hygienic cases 16-pack
Hygienic covers – disposable covers for ice packs
For those who want an extra convenient option during the first few days postpartum.
Our hygienic disposable covers are designed as a practical complement to the ice pack. Perfect when you don't want to have to worry about washing, packing or planning. Especially during the first intensive days, at the hospital, at night or when you want a simple solution close at hand.
The cover slips easily over the ice pack and acts as a soft protective layer between the skin and the cooling pad. They are thin, comfortable on sensitive skin and stay in place during use. When you are done, simply swap for a new one. Quick, easy and without extra effort.
Each pack contains 16 disposable cases. The ice pack is purchased separately.

Swollen abdomen during pregnancy
When you are pregnant, your body prepares for the birth of your baby nine months later. This means that everything is affected and changes. The hormones can cause your breasts to become tender and as the baby grows in your belly, you will gain some weight. Something that many people suffer from both during and after pregnancy is a swollen abdomen, hemorrhoids and general pain in the body. The swollen abdomen is due, among other things, to the uterus pressing against the large blood vessels in your pelvis. After childbirth, the abdomen usually returns to its normal shape, but it remains sore and swollen for a while afterwards.
To reduce swelling in the lower abdomen during pregnancy and afterwards, a good tip is to put an ice pack in your panties. Put our Plume Gel Pack in the freezer for a while and then place the ice pack directly in your panties or on the outside of your pants!
Also reduces menstrual cramps and withdrawal pain
However, it is not only during pregnancy or after childbirth that it can be nice to use a heating pad or ice pack. Even before and during menstruation, changes occur in the body and it is common to experience pain in the back, lower back or lower abdomen. A heating pad can then be placed on the area that is sore for a relaxing effect. It also works just as well to reduce pain during rejection after childbirth!
Sore breasts and engorgement
It's not just your belly that grows during pregnancy. Your breasts swell and prepare for milk production. Your milk ducts grow and your alveoli increase. This can make your breasts feel tight or itchy. After giving birth, you may also experience engorgement. This is because your milk ducts become blocked, preventing the milk from properly coming out. It can feel good to put something warm on your breasts, such as a Plume Gel Pack that you've warmed in the microwave for a while or warm water.
